Standing tall

Above is a video of Bridget walking in her high-tech Peter Pan gear! Pretty cool, eh? It supports a good deal of her weight so that she can walk for longer periods. But don't worry, she's also getting plenty of practice with walking on the parallel bars too, so that she doesn't develop any poor walking habits on this thing.

And boy, you should see she that girl stand these days! Nice and straight, and today she hardly needed assistance with the standing from sitting part. Bridget and I are always stupefied by how hard it is for her to stand. It must take a heck of a lot of strength and muscular coordination just to stand straight and still for a few minutes. But I guess babies already knew that :)

Bridget's steroid-induced hunger also appears to be disappearing with the absence of her steroid meds. So for the first time in 3 weeks Bridget felt full after dinner, and didn't eat everything we put in front of her! Slowly getting back to normal in more ways than one!
